CANCELLATION/LATE ARRIVAL
A credit card is required to secure your appointment. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
You may cancel via email or phone.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 50%-100% fee of the service price.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
Please note that— if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment I may have to reschedule your service or minimize it if it cannot be completed in the time frame.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGE
Refunds are not extended for services performed. You can be provide complimentary adjustments up to 14 days after your service. Please contact accordingly.
If you’re unhappy with a product you purchased, you may exchange it within 30 days for another product of equal value.

Free parking is available directly in front of the studio in the shared plaza lot, which also services Target, Walgreens, the fitness center, and the liquor store. You may park in any open space.

Accepting all major credit cards, ApplePay, Venmo and cash.
If you plan on paying cash — please try to bring the exact amount as there is not always change on hand.
